ACO Preparedness Program
The Rural health Transformation (RHT) MSSP Preparedness Program was created to help Kansas providers succeed in value-based care. The RHT MSSP Preparedness program works with provider groups to prepare them for the jump to value-based care without having to make the commitment to join the MSSP program or take on downside risk.

- Independent Primary Care
- Health system rural networks
Who It's For
